About Hawkins Research Inc.

Hawkins Research, Inc. opened in 1992 as an on-site computer sales and repair company.  In 1995 we opened the doors to a retail computer/office furniture store and began developing custom software packages for local businesses.  At the request of property insurance adjusters in 1996 we made the decision to focus on software development including PowerClaim XML.  In 1999 we limited our business to developing and marketing of PowerClaim solutions only.

 

PowerClaim XML was developed and written by Hawkins Research, Inc. with suggestions and features from field adjusters over the past 20 years and continues still today.  With the input from adjusters and carriers, PowerClaim has evolved into a complete estimating and claims management solution used by property insurance carriers and independent adjusters across the United States.  Over time requests from customers to produce a web based adjusting solution led us to the development of PowerClaim Estimator. 

 

With the release of PowerClaim Estimator in 2016, we continue our commitment to provide an enhanced web based estimating/claims management platform that is easy to use and the most affordable solution on the market today.  Your continued input and support will insure we do so for many years.
