New Net Services Features

Hawkins Research, Inc. would like to inform our customers of some exciting changes to PowerClaim Net Services. If you are a current user of Net Services, we feel you will find these updates to be beneficial. If you are not a current user of Net Services, but would like to try a 30 day free trial please call our Sales Department at 1-800-736-1246 x 3.

We have added a Preference Page for company wide settings. The following are preferences that can be set:
• Branch Logos – Each branch within a company has the ability to have their own logo
• Branch Level File Numbers – Each branch can use their own file numbering system
• Automatically generate file numbers when starting new claims.

When assigning claims each branch will now only see the adjusters within their branch. Another new feature is when the claim is assigned the email will now include the insured’s name.
